30-Day Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy
We want every customer to love their purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, provided that all eligibility conditions below are met.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unopened or in like-new condition, with minimal signs of use, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories (such as pens, cables, or manuals). Items that show excessive wear, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note that once an order has shipped and is in transit, we cannot accept cancellations or refund requests, as fulfillment and logistics processes are already underway. Exceptions apply only in verified cases of carrier damage, defect, or fulfillment error. Documentation or carrier verification may be required to process such claims.
This includes (but is not limited to): accidental purchases, orders placed by a family member or child without permission, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect address submitted by the customer, or any situation where the product has already been shipped and logistics processes have begun. These situations do not constitute grounds for a refund under our policy and are not considered fulfillment errors.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at dungeonadvent@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions for sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law or in cases of verified product damage.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at dungeonadvent@gmail.com so we can investigate and make it right. We may request supporting documentation (such as photos or a carrier damage report) to verify the issue. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please place a new order after your return (if eligible) has been processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have a legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
